School staff spent 10–15 minutes preparing each travel reimbursement.

Decision

A campus-local vision model reads the receipts and drafts the sheet. A second check catches mismatches and lets the model correct them.

Shipped

  • A campus-local vision model reads domestic and overseas receipts across 14 destinations and drafts the reimbursement sheet and review checklist.
  • Evaluated 7 vision models on 19 real receipts for field accuracy, latency, and rerun consistency, and shipped Qwen3.6-27B.
  • A second check cross-validates materials from the same trip and lets the model correct mismatches, cutting the hallucination rate by 25%.
